This notice if for homeowners and registered contractors. Be advised that state and local requirements dictate the assessment of fees as they relate to contrsuction permits within the department of building and housing. As of January 1st, 2014 all residential building applications will require a zoning review and plan processing review. You will see an increase in the total cost of residential permit fees, as a result!
The residential zoning fee is $20.00. As of December 2nd, 2013, all zoning review fees will be assessed in addition to the required plan processing and permit fees on commercial permits as required by the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards. Thank you for your cooperation!
